Chester & Ellesmere Port Independant Advocacy – The aim of the advocacy service is to enable and empower adults with mental health problems or learning disabilities by helping each person to have a ‘voice’ in all issues important to them.

National Institute For Health & Clinical Excellence – NICE is an independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance on promoting good health and preventing and treating ill health.

Continuing Care Information – Continuing NHS healthcare and NHS-funded nursing care is provided over an extended period of time to meet physical or mental health needs that have arisen as a result of disability, an accident or illness. The care can be provided in a variety of settings including a hospital, nursing home, hospice or the patient’s own home.
